Pigalle is a leading expert and thought leader in Experience Design. She has created a comprehensive Experience Design process and practical methods underpinned by the latest in scientific research, based on 15 years as a producer and 11 years as an educator.

She has specialist expertise in transformation strategy, emotion design, story and narrative, and how to combine the arts with sciences. She is passionate to share her knowledge and insights through international keynotes, podcast interviews, and writes articles for white papers and media features.

Pigalle provides a cross-disciplinary perspective to inspire new ways of thinking, thought-provocations and spark “aha!” moments to empower others to design emotionally charged, unforgettable experiences.

Pigalle is passionate to share her expertise and insights how to design meaningful connections, unforgettable experiences and long-term impact.

She participates as an international keynote speaker, panellist, and workshop facilitator for events such as London Design Week, Affordable Art Fair, and as an inspiration speaker for creative, PR and innovation agencies.

Pigalle is also an Associate Lecturer at Central Saint Martins, London College of Fashion, University of Westminster, GCU London, and international guest lecturer for universities and organisations such as Goethe University, Frankfurt, Germany, Kaospilot, Aarhus, Denmark, and IESA Arts and Culture School, Paris, France.
